Dr. Farkhanda Yasmin
Assistant Professor
Ph. D in Molecular Biology & Biotechnology
Dr. Farkhanda Yasmin completed her Ph.D in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology from University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Lahore and completed her research project at CEMB,(Punjab University, Lahore) under supervision of Dr. Muhammad Idrees. She did her M.Phil from Quaide Azam University Islamabad. She joined University of Okara as Assistant Professor in January 2018. Before joining University of Okara, she was Consultant Molecular Biologist at Punjab AIDS Control Program(PACP)Lahore. She also worked as Assistant Professor at The University of Lahore, University of Central Punjab Lahore, Bahauddin Zakariya University Lahore Campus. Dr. Yasmin worked as Research Officer (R.O) at CEMB, Punjab University Lahore and NIBGE (National Institute of Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering), Faisalabad. She has published research articles in well reputed International and National journals.
